Allows thread starter or staff to change thread prefix from for sale to sold.

Features:
All phrases start with forsaleprefix_ for your convenience.
Setup:
Create the following two Thread prefixes:
For sale
Sold
The For sale thread prefix should be the default. Jot down the two thread prefix IDs and in the For sale prefix Options page enter these values into the appropriate fields.
User group permissions:
Registered: ManageOwn = Yes
Moderating: ManageAll = Yes
Administrative: ManageAll = Yes
