This plugin adds a disclaimer section at the bottom of your forum. Once you've downloaded and installed the plugin on your forum site, you don't need to take any additional steps. You can edit its content and activate or deactivate it from the XenForo options > [-XenTurka-] Disclaimer Options section in the admin panel.
